  I have to agree with the other positive feedback. Deluxe Edgewater Chimney Sweeps offered a price that was similar to other companies around Edgewater. Kingston, the technician, was very professional and polite throughout the visit. Even though I’m not a chimney expert, I felt confident after Kingston checked my fireplace and let me know everything was in great shape, with no unnecessary services or upselling suggested. What really impressed me was how careful Kingston was around my home. I’m particular about keeping my house spotless, and usually contractors accidentally leave marks or make more work for me. This time, Kingston made sure to cover my floors and wore shoe covers to protect my carpets and hardwood. He took extra care not to bump the walls or leave any mess behind. I’ll definitely call them again next time I need a chimney sweep.

The person in the office was friendly and responded quickly to every concern I had, making the process smooth and easy. There was a small mix-up with my appointment time, but they went above and beyond to fix it right away and made sure I was taken care of. Kingston and Miles came out to replace the chimney in my new home, and they were both extremely polite and respectful. Their work was top quality and everything looks fantastic—my fireplace has never looked better. The crew was very professional and made sure everything was done safely and efficiently. I’m really happy with the results and plan to have them come back every year for my annual chimney inspection before the colder months in Edgewater.   the chimney sweep service was really professional. kingston explained exactly what needed to be done and even showed me pictures of my chimney, making sure i understood how the repairs would be handled. the crew, including jack and miles, arrived right on time to start the job. they were polite, super helpful, and very professional throughout the process. they kept me in the loop with updates on how things were going. you can tell they really know their stuff when it comes to chimneys. i would absolutely recommend their team for anyone needing chimney cleaning or repairs.

  i highly recommend deluxe edgewater chimney sweeps. kingston arrived right on time, answered all my questions, and made sure our home stayed clean during the whole visit. he did a thorough job repairing our gas fireplace and even took the extra step to clean the fireplace glass. the price was fair, and now our fireplace works better than ever. if we ever need chimney sweep or fireplace help again, i know who to call.

  This is my second year having a fireplace in my home, and I really wish I had used this chimney sweep company again. Prices for chimney cleaning have gone up in Edgewater, so I tried another service that was about $30 less. Last time, Kingston from this company did a fantastic job explaining everything and making sure my chimney and fireplace were spotless. The other group I tried this year wanted $1900 to fix some small hairline cracks and left a lot of dust and mess behind. Next year, I’ll definitely go back to this company for my chimney cleaning and inspection, because their service and attention to detail are so much better.
