  Just had a great service from Cunningham. The guys were knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. They first stopped by a few weeks back to have a look at my chimney and dryer duct for an estimate. Straight and to the point diagnosis and solutions, with Zero pressure. I was told I could call anytime to set up an appointment to do the job, was emailed a detailed invoice, and they left. There are many companies that look to sell you on things you don't need. Not this crew. Trustworthy and Reliable! Thank you!

  On Monday 4/28/25 a Cunningham crew cleaned my home's air ductwork, floor vents, air returns, dryer duct, etc. The crew head even inspected my heating system chimney and decided it did not need to be cleaned. They were a delight to work with. The crew arrived on time, immediately protected my rugs and walls, and got right to work. The whole process took 4 hours for my modest sized home, during which time the crew head kept me informed about their progress. They moved, and replaced, furniture as needed. My only responsibility was only to keep our cat safely secured. Thank you Cunningham!

  Impressed. A week ago we turned on the heat for the first time and had a horrible mold smell coming through the vents. It was mold and mildew in the ducts of the central ac and heat. We called 6 companies. 2 of which were recommended and non of the companies had the professionalism to even call us back to set up a consultation. All except Cunningham who called me the day after i left the message and had someone out to look at the problem a few days later. My problem was bigger than we thought There was a humidification issue, and not only was there mold in the ducts but whoever installed the duct work originally used insulation inside which was glued in to the walls. This is what molded over and honestly removal of just the insulation was impossible. The tech who came, took the time to explain and visually show us what the problem was, as well as what they would be doing to alleviate the problems. I never felt like i was being mislead. They set up an appointment after drawing up a proposal for the work and even though its the busy season, had us slated for basically a full day appointment in less than a week of signing. The day before the appointment they called with a time window of 8am to 9am saturday and the techs performing the work were at my door saturday morning ringing the bell at 8 on the dot. They were very polite, professional, and entertained the questions my 3 year old was fielding them with joy. They laid tarps in the areas they were working and when they were finished, left the areas very clean. The price for the work performed was Very fair, in fact excellent, confirmed by an out of state friend who works in the industry who told me the pricing was very competitive. Cunningham is also 1st responder friendly. These guys worked very hard and were very thorough considering my problem was mold, every inch of every duct was cleaned and treated, every grate was removed, cleaned, sprayed down with cleaner and dried off before being replaced. I cannot recommend these guys enough. I will not use anyone else for hvac work again, and i plan to use them for routine maintenance now. There is a night and day difference between the work these guys perform and anyone running a special for 50 bucks. Believe me when i tell you the quality of the cleaning is nowhere near each other, and i am speaking from experience on that 50 dollar crapshoot. As for the mold? Its as if it never happened. We fired up the heat and its absolutely perfect with no trace of mold or mildew.

  We have used Cunningham Duct for 49 years. Great conscientious service. Cunningham technicians cleaned each register thoroughly and even washed the register grates. We once attempted one of the heavily advertised "cut rate" guys but after they came to the house it became a bait and switch deal. It was "if you really want this done right you gotta pay more [than the advertised price]." Cunningham is not like that. One price was quoted and the work was done right the first time. No haggling. No bait and switch. Thank you Cunnningham Duct for a great job.

  We had our HVAC and chimney cleaned by Louis Duarte and Rodrigo who were great! Excellent service, great communication. Was given a 9a-11a window, they called at 830a to say they were on the way and arrived at 9am. Took extra care to ensure the floors and walls were protected. Did a very thorough and detailed job. This was our second using them and will continue to use them for many years to come.
