I am so impressed with Eli, Mace, Alex and the entire CrownUp Pros team. They diagnosed the safety and cleanliness issues with our 2 wood burning fireplaces and then worked with me to create a repair plan that was in my budget. Everyone has been very courteous and professional. I’ve uploaded before and after pictures. I didn’t realize that a top of chimney damper was a thing, but after researching I can see how much better it is!
Pete came out last week and did the free inspection. He was transparent, knowledgeable, and super friendly. He offered to do the work immediately but I hesitated so I could do some pricing research. Learned it was a good price so I made an appointment and today Eli came out to put a sealant and chimney cap on our home. He was also extremely professional and could not have been nicer. Many years ago, I tried to light a fire I in our fireplace and the room filled with smoke. I didn't know who to call, so we haven't had a fire in many years. This summer, I saw the Crown Up van in my neighborhood and called the number. Part of the cap had rusted through, and birds were nesting inside. It took about three weeks for a new cap to be manufactured. But when they came out, the measurements were off. Eli said he could make it work, but he wanted it to be right. Another three weeks, and the new cap fit perfectly. I'm very pleased with the work and I look forward to having fires again this winter.
