Can't say enough about this company! Showed up to open a unit so the work could get done for my brother. Dropped key and it fell in an opening before the door.! James(The owner) shows up and I explained what had happened. He saw that I was stressed. And said don't worry we will get your key. He called his two man dynamic due to help and these 2 never gave up. Magnets string and finally we able to see the key and wala! They were able to grab the key! They went way beyond what they had to do and that tickles my heart! Thank you for what you did! Merry Christmas! P.S. they did a great job on the chimney clean! Would highly recommend!

I recently purchased a home in Middletown built in 1929. Apparently, the chimney had NEVER been cleaned, there was a ton of black crumbs and soot just spilling out at the bottom. Curt and Jim deftly cleaned all that up, left no mess at all, were timely and reasonably priced. Jim knows a lot about anything chimney and heating systems etc. Also, as a bonus, I also found the both of them intelligent & quite interesting to talk to!. Thanks guys!!! Rose J
I call Jim and Chong a couple times each year to make sure my chimney is good to go before burning wood in our fireplace. Before you burn wood in your chimney you need to have it cleaned and checked, because we once burned a fire without getting the shaft cleaned and we had soot in our house for a week. It took forever to clean. We had birds nests and all sorts of junk in the chimney at the time from the spring that we couldn’t see. Jim is an honest guy and he stands by his quotes, never tries to upcharge you for extra stuff, and the job is pretty quick. Jim also grew up in Berlin so it’s nice to support a local business! I couldnt recommend business more highly!
Very pleased with final results. Work crew was very professional and polite . Work Environment protected from any damage and the area was left very clean. After having several other companies give estimates . I am happy I went with this one even though the price was a few dollars higher. You get what you pay for.
