Jorge and his helper were great! They explained what they were doing, and answered all of my questions. The chimney looks brand new. They did a great job, and had pride in their work. The office was also very responsive to any questions I asked. Complete Chimneys created a less stressful situation with their ethical work, and followed the BIA guidelines. Joe and his team were very professional and informative about what would be comparable to what we had already and how the new equipment would work. The office staff was extremely helpful and friendly anytime they called and the install team was also very friendly and kept a clean work area. Complete Chimneys has been excellent to work with. I purchased a Ruby 30 inch gas fireplace unit about two years and the installation was seamless. Michael Galvin assisted in determining which Ruby unit would work best and was always very responsive and professional; and I also visited the showroom in person and again the staff was quite helpful. I also have called Michael from time to time with a few questions and again the response was always very fast and specific. I highly recommend Complete for your fireplace needs!
