When Theodore from Comfort Finish Chimney Service arrived, he explained every step of the chimney inspection and cleaning process in simple terms, so I understood exactly what was needed and why. Once I gave the go-ahead, they scheduled my service right away. The team was friendly, professional, and made sure my chimney was clean and safe for use. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and would definitely use them again.

  i trust this chimney sweep company with my fireplace every year because they always do a great job. theodore has been cleaning my chimney for a while now, and i'm always impressed by his professionalism and chimney knowledge. he takes the time to explain everything, which really makes the experience easy and comfortable. the price is always clear from the start, and if any small repairs are needed, theodore shows me before and after pictures so i know exactly what’s happening and why. there are never any surprise costs or big fees. i really feel like they care about my home, and the service is always excellent.

  The chimney sweep service was outstanding. Every concern we had was taken care of. I’m sensitive to dust, but there was hardly any dust inside during the work. Our rebuilt chimney looks amazing, and now we can use our fireplace with total peace of mind. All the work areas were cleaned up perfectly, even though our chimney is in a tricky spot next to the AC unit and lots of plants. The team, including Javier and Luis, was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend their chimney services!

  I had a great experience with this chimney sweep company in Crosby. Setting up my appointment to get my chimney cleaned and inspected was easy—the office staff was polite and professional, and they fit me into their schedule quickly. I got an email reminder before the appointment, and the technician, Theodore, gave me a call that morning to let me know he was on the way, just like I asked. Theodore was very friendly and made sure to keep everything neat by putting down drop cloths before starting the chimney cleaning. When he finished, my home looked spotless, like he’d never even been there. I had a few questions about my fireplace and chimney, and Theodore answered almost all of them right away. For a couple of special things I asked about, he said he’d follow up with more information. Overall, this company really impressed me with their thoroughness and great customer service. I’ll definitely use them again for any chimney sweep needs in Crosby.
