Contacted them in late July to repoint my chimney. He was supposed to come early August. Never showed. I emailed and inquired if they were still going to come. No reply. Also called and left a voicemail with no reply. Guess they don't need business. Terrible customer service.
Colonial Chimney performed excellent work cleaning my chimney, installing a cap, applying crown coat, and sealer. Kevin the owner is professional, competent, and courteous. Highly recommend Colonial for Chimney work.
You can't just go with anyone when preserving and ensuring the safety of historic buildings. These folks are great. The administrative staff was friendly and quick to get back to me to schedule an appointment to clean and inspect our over 200 year old chimney. The technician was professional and knowledgeable about chimney maintenance and repair in historic homes.
Terrible Customer service! Deserving of zero stars if review would allow it. The actual owner of the company come to my home for a quote on a repair to my chimney. It seemed high but was in a rush to have it fixed. I called and schedule the appointment but he never showed up on the agreed upon date! No phone call or follow up. I even called that day to check in. I continued to call multiple times over the next couple weeks and leave voicemails because now its the busy season for these companies and I'm having a hard time getting another company to come out. Not one single return phone call. Now I'll likely be without my fireplace for another year because of this. Can't recommend this company!
Kevin provided extremely friendly and professional service. Very clean and fast chimney sweeping and gave us an excellent referral for some additional chimney work that needed to be done.
