Absolutely amazing to work with. We are a family owned small business in Newport Oregon. I went to them with a problem with one of our fireplaces. Explain the situation because we own a small bed-and-breakfast. They responded immediately. The tech was a pleasure to work with as well as the staff. Very highly recommend. We will be using them for all of our services on our eight fireplaces.
VERY UNRELIABLE & POOR QUALITY !! Find another company!! They wasted a lot of my family’s time. I called many times and the phone would get passed around between staff. We left messages and they were not returned. I scheduled a day for a estimate - they did not show. When that was done finally it took numerous attempts to get scheduled for a service. I called the day before to confirm that they would be coming and they had no idea what I was talking about. When the service was done we saw they had put up a dented piping !!! Unacceptable- I would NEVER in my life recommend this business. In a small coastal town it is beyond me that they are still in business.
From first phone call to final invoicing this was a total five star experience. We had our propane fireplace serviced and then had a fireplace chase cap and Wind shield put on based on the initial service which showed our cap was askew. I can't say enough good things about our experience. True professionals from start to finish!
I called Coast heart and home to service a non functioning pellet stove. They cleaned and serviced and fixed the issue for a reasonable price. They also came back promptly when asked to make sure the pellet stove was working properly. And helped educate me about how the stove works. I felt they were courteous and prompt and were excellent to work with. I appreciate having a local service company in the area.
