Coachlight is amazing! John is great! Even though he was unable to assist with my chimney issue (due to distance), John took the time to provide incredibly valuable advice over the phone. He walked me through what to look for and gave me expert guidance on how to address my situation - all without charging me a dime. It's rare to find a business that's willing to help someone knowing they won't get paid for their time and expertise. Melissa and John are so wonderful. I am so glad we called them! Melissa is incredibly kind and thoughtful on the phone, and John was very thorough, clear, and easy to work with. He even explained different elements of our chimney to us and gave us tips on how to have a safe fire. Everything was top-notch. Highly recommend!!
John showed up at the beginning of the small window I was given, was incredibly personable, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. He did an excellent job inspecting and then cleaning the chimney (which it desperately needed). I found the entire process fascinating, and he was happy to explain everything as he went, too. And the whole thing only took an hour. I could not recommend Coachlight highly enough.
Highly recommended. John arrived right on time, provided a very thorough and careful inspection of our leaking chase cover, with a well thought out detailed approach to the repair required. Coachlight is certainly well deserving of their 5 Star reviews, and we will be having them out mid-September to perform the work. One could not ask for a more knowledgeable and thoughtful individual. He and Melissa are a joy to deal with.
