Outstanding service! This company provided their fee information prior to visit; they fixed our fireplace in less than an hour! They even gave us veteran discount! Very happy with the job they did!
This father son team was a pleasure to work with. They are both very knowledgable and took the time to answer all of our questions. Communication was extremely good in keeping us updated with the materials being delivered, scheduled dates, any issues that have come up ect. The install went smooth and they clean up after themselves which is plus plus. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a wood stove, fireplace, ect.
Never showed up for appointment with lack of communication! Poor customer service! Very disappointed and need to start from square one in getting much needed work done to our chimney and fireplace!
