Their communication is great, very professional company. We removed a gas fireplace and had a wood stove installed. The crew that came in and did the demolition and rock work were simply amazing. The crew that installed the new stove were very professional and knowledgeable. In this day and time it’s so good to find reputable people. We would highly recommend them!
We love our new wood stove. High Quality Stove! Sandy really did a great job assisting us in picking out the best stove for our needs. It took awhile to get it because middle of winter and she had to order it. The guys that installed it were very professional!!! Honest, professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and affordable. What more could you ask for? I called Clean Sweep and Sandy scheduled a time to do the estimate. They showed up when they said they would. The actual work was delayed a bit due to a necessary part not arriving in time, but that wasn't any fault of theirs. The install went smoothly and they cleaned up when they were finished. We are very pleased with the new chimney and look forward to working with them to replace the liner in another part of our home some time soon.
Excellent Service. Sandy came out to look at our fireplace and measure for appropriate wood stoves. It was very reassuring to have her assess the situation in person. They had the stove quickly and even navigated an error from the wood stove manufacturers in time to be ready for our scheduled install. The two technicians that came to do the install were kind, thorough, respectful and answered all my questions. They took the time to check on a concern we'd reported to Sandy about our oil furnace and caught a safety and efficiency issue that our regular providers had not addressed despite annual maintenance. Above and beyond expectations in all categories. We will continue to have Clean Sweep maintain our stove and chimney and have already recommended them to friends.
I had just bought a new house and after a week of dealing with late or no show service people, Patrick was a breath of fresh air. He was running ahead of schedule and called to see if he could come early, which was great with me. Knowing nothing about the 3 different fireplaces in my house, once Patrick was done servicing them, he was all to happy to spend time explaining each one and answering ALL my questions. The price was right and the service was spectacular. We will definitely be using Clean Sweep again and again and will recommend them to anyone that will listen.
