  We had water coming into our basement closet below the fireplace on the main floor. Dale came by and did a careful inspection of our chimney, then gave us a clear and honest estimate at no charge. He returned soon after and put in a lot of effort to seal up the chimney properly. Now, our basement and chimney stay dry, and the price was very reasonable. Dale was friendly, professional, and dedicated to making sure everything was done right. We highly recommend their chimney sweep services!

  We plan to have Camden come out for our chimney cleaning every year. He has a lot of experience and shared useful advice about keeping our fireplace in good shape. We were happy with the careful way he worked—he made sure to lay down tarps and protect our home while cleaning the chimney from inside.   Choice Washington Chimney Cleaning did an excellent job installing our stainless steel flue liner and putting on a new chimney cap. Roger took the time to show us pictures of the work, including how the liner was sealed at both the top and bottom of the flue when everything was finished. The price for the service was very reasonable, and everyone was professional and respectful throughout the process. I’m very satisfied with the chimney sweep service we received.

  We recently had our chimney inspected and serviced by this team. Camden came out to check our masonry fireplace, which had a gas-log insert. He explained our options clearly and helped us switch back to a wood-burning setup. After removing the gas insert, they also relined the chimney to make sure everything was safe and ready to use. Camden and the office staff were always quick to respond, and everyone was very professional. The price was fair and matched up well with other quotes we received. There were a few rainy days when the work was scheduled, but they promptly rescheduled and got the job done without any hassle. Since then, we’ve used our fireplace many times and everything is working great. We also had Camden take a look at our other fireplace with a gas heat-n-glow system. He did a full inspection and service on that as well. Overall, we’re really happy with the quality of work and the service provided. We plan to keep using this company for all our chimney needs in the future.

  not like the cable guys! choice washington chimney cleaning was on time and kept me updated about who was coming and when. they called ahead to confirm the details for my chimney sweep appointment, which made things easy. when dale arrived, he was very professional and really knew about chimneys and fireplaces. i could tell he cared about making sure everything was safe and clean. it's nice to work with a smaller company because they treat you like a real person, not just a number. it was also great to see younger folks like zachary and camden learning the chimney trade and working hard. people might not think much about their fireplace, but during a power outage, it can be a lifesaver. i'll definitely use this service again for my fireplace and chimney needs.
