  my experience getting my chimney cleaned and having a new chimney cap and chase cover installed in springfield was really good overall. the materials they used seem top-notch and have a lifetime warranty. after the work, i used my fireplace and it draws great now, so the sweep job was clearly done well. ezra was the one who handled my appointment and was very reassuring throughout the process. even when there was a small mix-up with one of the parts, he explained everything and made sure the right piece was ordered quickly. they had to leave the old part in place for a short time, but once the correct part came in, they finished the job nicely. i liked that ezra promised to send me photos of the work since i'm not about to climb up on my roof to check it out myself. after the job was done, i asked for the photos and got them, which gave me peace of mind that everything looked good up there. the communication was friendly, and even though it took a bit longer than i expected, i appreciate their effort and how well my chimney is working now. i haven’t seen any leaks or issues since, and the warranty gives me extra confidence. overall, i’m glad i chose them for my chimney sweep and repair in springfield.

  Melvin was friendly and professional, and he did an outstanding job sweeping our wood stove chimney.   We have relied on this chimney sweep company in Springfield for many years. They always deliver excellent service in everything they do. Most recently, they repaired a leaking gas line for our fireplace and replaced some old, worn-out parts. While Melvin was here, I also asked him to take a look at the flashing around our chimney, since we had just gotten a new roof.
