  about 8 years ago, we had choice phoenix chimney sweeps install a hearthstone clydesdale insert in our fireplace. since then, we've had them come out every year to sweep and clean the chimney. the insert looked great and put out plenty of heat, keeping most of our home nice and cozy. we really loved how well it worked. we recently moved but definitely plan to call them again for future chimney work. everyone we talked to was friendly and helpful—pedro always made sure everything was done right. sometimes there's a bit of a wait for service, but that's probably because it's tough to find reliable chimney sweepers who do such a good job.

  after buying my home, i didn't really know what kind of shape my two fireplaces were in—one is downstairs and one is upstairs. i called choice phoenix chimney sweeps for an inspection and to see what it would take to get my main fireplace working again. levi came out right on time and did a really professional job. he put down mats to keep things tidy and made sure to vacuum everything after the cleaning. i got a full set of photos and a detailed report about what needed fixing. i went ahead and had them do the repairs on my main fireplace. inside, i needed some parging done, and outside there was a damper to replace, some repointing, water sealing, and a flashing repair. eduardo and his partner showed up soon after and were just as prompt and organized. they explained each step and kept everything super clean. since the weather here can get pretty hot, they scheduled the outside repairs for a cooler day and always kept me updated about timing. i'm really happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them for chimney sweep and repair work. plus, they made paying for the repairs easy with an online financing option that was super simple to use.

The communication before the appointment was excellent—we got confirmation emails and a text letting us know someone was on the way. Pedro did a fantastic job sweeping our chimney, was friendly, and made sure to explain everything clearly while answering all our questions. We’re definitely planning to use them again for our next fireplace inspection. Later, Todd came out for a follow-up inspection and did an outstanding job. He even checked our previous inspection records before arriving, which really shows their attention to detail. The team always provides reliable service and keeps communication clear and consistent. The two technicians who came out to my home in Phoenix did an outstanding job cleaning and checking my fireplace.
