I highly recommend this company for any chimney services. Trey and Brandon performed a very thorough inspection of my home, from the attic to the crawlspace. Trey was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the necessary repairs in detail. Very professional and thorough, and also friendly. Explained the process step-by-step. Showed me all the pictures from inside and outside the chimney. Took the time to research answers to my questions about this specific chimney and made honest recommendations. Followed up with electronic receipt and larger file on Google Drive with all pictures. Trey Brandon, and Anthony came out because we wanted to check our wood burning stove and chimney. We also wanted to have it swept if it was needed. They inspected the safety and cleanliness of the system and were able to show me what they saw. Everything checked out great and they told me that the chimney did not need to be swept. They did clean the fire stones in the stove, and everything looks great and is ready for the season. They were very professional and didn't charge me for anything that didn't need to be done. They gave me clarity in what to look for and how to clean the stove when needed. Thanks guys!
Brandon, Trey, and Ryan were excellent technicians for our initial inspection. They called ahead of time and asked to come 30 minutes early! While there they were efficient, cleanly, and thorough. After the inspection they clearly stated all repairs needed and provided some quotes in upgrades we had asked for. This was done in a no pressure informative way. They left me with contact information and a chance to review everything. Great customer service!
