I am extremely satisfied with ChimneyWorx! I’ve been having problems with my dryer and got help with clearing it out, and even bought a new dryer. I was still experiencing problems. They didn’t hesitate to get on the roof to investigate and to my surprise found out that the builder installed the wrong parts…. 20 years ago when my house was built! I’ve been living here for 8 years struggling to do laundry and they fixed it within two hours. They had to run to Lowe’s to pick up a part and came right back to fix it. I’m currently listening to the happy hum of my dryer and can’t wait to tackle the baskets that have backed up over the past few weeks. You saved me trips to the laundromat, and a possible fire! Quick, efficient, and thorough. Give them a call- you won’t be disappointed!
Scheduled an appointment to have 2 gas fireplaces cleaned and serviced. Individual came out, cleaned both units, stated that one had a part that needed to be replaced and that he would follow up with an estimate for the part. Paid the invoice for the cleaning and have never heard from him again. Multiple calls to check on the status of the part/estimate. At first he said he was still working on it. Now he just doesn't return calls. Highly recommend not using this company as they are either extremely unreliable or simply dishonest.
This was my first time using this company and I must say I certainly hope it won’t be the last! I contacted them for advice and Jason was quick to answer the phone and help me with my questions! He is absolutely phenomenal! He was able to get to us quickly to assess our needs and do exactly what he promised! He was honest up front and gave us a quote and it ended up being less than what he had told us! Top notch company for any chimney repairs or concerns you may have!! Highly recommend him and his crew!!!
Despite the bad news on the state of my flue after a chimney fire, Jason was very informative and did not recommend cleaning the chimney since it was a total loss. After a repair is complete I will be diligent in regular cleaning. Almost a catastrophe. Got lucky.
