I don't know where to start, very professional and knowledgeable Brian and hisncre were absolutely great. Punctual, super honest and very reasonable. They took their time and paid very attention to detail. I had a full chimney demo and rebuild, when they were done you didn't even know I had contractors at my house for 3 day. They put drop cloths everywhere and cleaned up every crumb. Definitely will recommend. Thank you Chimney Rx.

Today Greg came to repair our gas fireplace, and he did an amazing job! What a pleasant gentleman, and so knowledgeable! Sharon( the office manager) got our replacement part for free from the manufacturer and didn’t even charge to install it! Thank you so much RX Team! Wonderful company- highly recommend!
The chimney inspection which was $120 up front involved Igor taking a picture of the inside of my fireplace with his cell phone and staring at my chimney from the street. Told me I'd need a deep clean to fix the back draft problem. Attached a brush to 4 rods of pipe and pushed it into the fireplace. Told me all the dirt was going out the top. 🤦♀️ Charged $550 for 30 minutes of work and told me about the training he received for this fabulously involved treatment. I found the chimney cleaning set that he used in Home Depot. What an absolute scam . I will warn everyone not to use them and have been in contact with reputable chimney serves regarding the better business bureaus and licensing. I should have done my due diligence. When someone inspects your fireplace with a cell phone, and never gets on a ladder, that should be a clue. Sham in me for not speaking up. When you are not a liar, you are surprised by lies.
