Chimneys R Us has earned our future business! We called them to give us a second opinion after receiving a failed inspection from a different company. Chimneys R Us were able to come to our home within a couple days. The communication of when John and Gabe would show up was spot on. The young men (John & Gabe) were respectful, professional, honest, and through with the inspection of our fireplace. They were very detailed with their inspection of the pipe (our concern) from the roof and inside, replaced 2 bricks in the fireplace that were broke, cleaned up any mess made from the inspection, and were both very knowledgeable with answering any questions my husband and I had along with recommendation to make our system better. Our fireplace passed their inspection with no issues! No pressure to purchase or replace items that weren't needed. Chimneys R Us is an awesome company to do business with in Pocatello! Highly recommend this company. They Installed a chimney for me, Excellent customer service And attention to detail before the installation and I was extremely impressed by the customer service and willingness to answer Saulo questions after they got paid.
Came out within a day and took care of my issue right away. The guys were great, very thorough and the price was reasonable. Will definitely use again!

They were great to work with. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They did an excellent job at a fair price. They swept the chimney. Then had to take down my chimney and build it back up then add caps to the top to keep the bats out. They were good about cleaning up any trash and left over materials they dropped. I highly recommend them for any chimney needs.
