First and foremost want to mention how professional Angie was throughout the entire inquiry process. I had a lot of questions about particulars related to work being done and she was receptive and responsive throughout my process. I was looking to get new crown put on along with chimney cap. They worked me in back in September and the process was very smooth throughout. David who came out and did the work also was great to work with. Answered any questions that I had and was just in general professional and kind throughout the entire process. I recommend Swift/Chimney Wizard to anyone in the area. My experience with Angie and David was very pleasant throughout despite getting scheduled during busy season where sweeps heavy during this month. Couldn’t ask for a better local chimney company. Recommend to anyone!
One thing I cannot stand is when you talk to a lady yhat upfront you feel is professional and you find out differently based off now 2 phone calls that they have neglected clearly to return don't waste your time of even calling just to have the individual tell you she's going too Update not only did the response of this individual not clearly state facts but completely untrue first off your first mistake was you clearly told me you were calling me back the day I called you just roughly after opening yes I explained my situation you understood my situation but where you are completely wrong is you also stated you would call me back that day to either let me know clearly a yes or a no did you NOPE!! So than when I called you 3 days later I explained to you that I was at least looking forward to a call back from you I bet you were stunned yep!!! Just to have you tell me you would let me know about any Saturday have you still to this day NOPE!! 2 plus weeks later yep not labor day weekend either hahaha But it's funny how you hid my review on all others you had but what are you trying to hid it's ok the power of word to mouth to the amount of people I deal with in a week will blow yours out of the water if you can't run a business please don't especially as simple as respectable communication!!
