Ethan and Case came out today and went over a lot of information, choices and long term care. They were professional, knowledgeable and respectful. The guys kindly asked if they should take off their shoes after petting my annoying dog. They took me step by step through future plans and alternative options for keeping my home safe. From Brett to Matt and their techs, these guys couldn’t be nicer or more professional. They worked for almost an entire day and took a nasty fireplace and made it look awesome! If I could give them more stars I would. These guys are top notch!! The irony is I got owner Matt’s cell when he replied to a shitty review. He replied on a Sunday. This was either his jealous competition posting BS reviews or chronic complainer who is one star frequent flyer and can never be pleased. Use these guys if you want great service, quality work and value for your money.
Called Chimney USA for an inspection on our gas fp and Brett and a tech was able come in the same week. He was thorough and explained the inspection. He was able to get it started after we were told by another company we did not have gas coming into the fireplace. He texted step by step instructions on how to light. Went on the roof to make sure chimney was in decent shape. Did not try to sell anything that did not need replacing. Easy to deal with.
Case and his team removed one sad and dangerously deteriorated chimney and then repaired the roof to the extent that you cannot even see where it once was!! As if that wasn’t enough chimney magic… they then took down to the flashing the salvageable chimney… and with a sensitive eye and hand toward the historic nature of my home, rebuilt the crown in such a way that it looks as if it has always been there… it is nothing short of absolute ART. They moved thoughtfully throughout the day, cleaning as they went, they were courteous and kind and left my home, yard, and my roofline so very much better than when they arrived. Look no further… these are your guys! Worth every darn penny and then some!
