Outstanding experience in the showroom with Byron. Very knowledgeable and was very helpful in helping us pick out an outstanding wood-burning stove. Seth conducted the installation and went above and beyond to ensure that it was installed exactly where we wanted it in accordance with regulations. Would highly recommend.

Best service in town! Was told by another business that I needed new gas logs that the ones I currently had were unable to be repaired. Seth made visit to install new gas logs. After assessing what we had He was able to repair all of the problems that I had been told were not fixable and Is now working great. Seth was very knowledgeable and explained everything that was done and answered all my question.They returned my money that I had payed down on new gas logs without any problems.They are friendly and helpful with all the question I had. I will be sure to use them for any work I may need in the future. This is the place to go for your fireplace needs.
Seth did a fabulous job installing our vented gas stove. The unit needed a valve replacement covered under warranty. That replacement went smoothly and I am thrilled with the results. I look forward to a relationship with Chimney Techs for all of my fireplace/stove maintenance needs.
