  I had a great-experience today with the removal and installation of our new Chimney kit. Billy and Christian were the installation guys that showed up promptly at schedule time. For a two man team, they worked swiftly. Since they had to remove my old Chimney kit then install the new kit which was over three stories high I thought it'd take all day but they were extremely clean & professional. This team explained the entire process from start to finish. I'd recommend this company to anyone! They were so professional that the whole neighborhood came out to watch them work. If you go elsewhere it’s your own fault!

  I've had them replace the cap on my chimney and do a full inspection. I appreciated that they could show me pictures of the issues they found, inside and out. It gave me a great excuse to fly my drone so I could double check their work even thought they gave me a lot of photos.

  If you’re looking for a simple chimney cleaning they are probably fine to work with, but any more involved work and they aren’t capable of providing a real estimate or service. I had them out to my home to get chimney caps and provide a professional opinion about the structural integrity of the chimney. I was advised to remove the chimney’s rather than cap them, and quoted over $44,000. Just totally inflated costs - it really read as a “we don’t want to do this job” estimate. They did provide an estimate for just caps, which was more than double the other estimates I received. Needless to say I got a second opinion from another local company that has been in business 30+ years and the prognosis was completely different: my chimneys did not need to be removed and this company built beautiful custom caps for $1,800 total for 2 chimney’s. I ended up having to pay $199 for Chimney Solutions “estimate” since I didn’t do the work with them, which was a complete waste of time and money. Again, probably fine for simple chimney sweep jobs, but be warned - they were the only chimney company charging just to come bid the job. Call around before you pay $199 for an estimate.

  very good service. the company communicates well throughout the whole process. the installation team was professional, courteous, and friendly. They installed a pellet stove in our home. We were happy to find someone in the area that would do install our stove, because our General Contractor said he couldn’t find anyone. Chimney Solutions contacted me within an hour after I emailed them. They have excellent customer service. the only issue i had was it took longer than expected to get all of the parts in to make the install happen. That’s not their fault…the supply chain hasn’t been good since the “pandemic”. I would highly recommend Chimney Solutions. They really did us a huge service as the weather is about to turn cold.

  Joe, Billy and Ben showed up at eight and went to work. They were steady on task and got my chimney repaired, had to replace almost the entire inside of the chimney, and were finished and gone by three. Very professional, very friendly and easy to work with. Highly Recommend them.
