From the first phone call, to the service call and follow up, I could not be happier with Chimney Heroes. They actually sent a photo of the technician ahead of the call- talk about a preview of their safety commitment! The techs who came were kind, knowledgeable, super polite and got the job done quickly and with zero trace. I LOVE this company and recommend them highly!
Well, what a great team ! From making the appointments, (Trisha ?) to Tim who evaluated to Incenzio and ?Jack? . Super professional nicest young men. Explanations with pictures were step by step and always asked if we had questions which if we did , they took their time to explain. Highly recommend. Very happy I called this team. I don't have anything to judge price with, but for what they did it seemed very fair. TY all.
Tim did an excellent job from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in explaining everything concerning the care and maintenance of our fireplace. We have used Chimney Heroes previously and will continue to use and recommend them highly in the future.
Ryan came early for the appointment - even in the snow! He wore shoe covers and was very respectful. He explained everything clearly and we had a great experience with him. Would definitely recommend!
Chimney Heroes did a thorough and good job checking out the chimney with a really clear explanation of the results. They were also quite punctual and everybody was very pleasant and friendly. Would definitely recommend them to anybody.
