Not at all happy, nice young man took a look and said it was bad and needed a deep clean, 300.00 plus inspection fee. I went outside to call my wife to let her know and when I came in 10 minutes later he said he was done. Im not in the habit of arguing with people about service so I just paid and he left, feel like I got scammed and have no idea if my chimney is even safe, do not use
