Hal and Jack were extremely thorough and helpful in explaining the project and selecting the type of wood burning insert that will work with my fireplace. It was so great that they each were able to speak from experience because they both have their own wood burning stoves. You can tell they take pride in their work. I cannot recommend Chimney Doctors more when looking for a top notch team that provides a thorough quote for free. Excellent company to work with from the first contact and scheduling to the completion of the job. Trace Henault was very courteous and thorough. After he did his comprehensive inspection and cleaning he showed us several pictures both inside and out which clearly demonstrated the condition of our fireplace and chimney. His recommendation were very reasonable and he did not try to oversell the services that would be needed. We will definitely use this company again!
