Devon from Chimney Concepts provided me with a second opinion on a chimney liner repair - his inspection was thorough and he provided feedback on each area reviewed, along with a view on his camera and photos that he captured. Can't say enough about Dave Robbins in the Service Dept. Advised me on a (non-OEM) replacement remote control for my (older) Majestic fireplace to enable me to order and install it myself and avoid a trip charge from Port Washington to Pewaukee!. He also provided extensive info that was a huge help in finding and deciding on the right replacement! I'm now back to enjoying turning my fireplace on/off from the comfort of my fav chair. Bobby Vranek, from Chimney Concepts, came out today and installed our stainless steel chimney chase cover. Our old cover was very rusted. He did an awesome job. Bobby is very personable and he is a hard worker who pays attention to detail. The chase cover fits perfectly and looks great. Bobby took several pictures for me so that I could see the results. I highly recommend Bobby and Chimney Concepts.

Chimney concepts repaired two chimneys and did extensive masonry work around our home. From start to finish they were fantastic. No one likes getting the bad news that their chimneys are in grave disrepair but they took great photos and explained everything giving us viable options to get all the work done. To add insult to injury, when they got to the second part of the project to repair the masonry they alerted us to some rotting wood that resulted from the original builder not using the proper materials to seal around the windows. This added scope and time to the project which most certainly threw a wrench into their scheduling but they made it seamless of us and now all is in great shape. The chimneys look fantastic and so do all the masonry repairs. Sam and his team, Nolan, Art, and Mason are skilled craftsman that not only do excellent work but are also pleasant and patient. It was a joy to work with them. Tighearnan managed the quoting process and did an excellent job of making us feel comfortable with getting the work done. All of their work came on the heels of working with their sister company Fire Factory. We had contracted them to convert two fireplaces, one to an insert and the other to gas log set. Bobby, Tyler, Dave and Jerry all did great work. They were patient through a momentary bit of buyers’ remorse when we lamented the design we had chosen and then came to love it, and got us all set up. They worked with our plumber to reconfigure the gas input to one of the fireplaces and worked hard to make sure that the designs chosen would not put us at risk with the large wooden mantles already in place. We had an exceptional experience with both Chimney Concepts and Fire Factory. The mark of a good company in my estimation is how the company responds to unforeseen issues and they handled multiple unforeseen issues with grace and patience.
