I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. I had a fireplace that wasn’t working right. Come to find out the guy I hired to fix it last fall actually screwed it up. Made it a fire hazard! These guys came out did a thorough cleaning and had my fireplace working like a dream! It’s never worked this well! The price was very reasonable and I’ll never call anyone else to take care of my fireplaces!
Seriously amazing service! Came out very quickly to help get our chimney cleared so we could use our new water heater. There was a significant blockage and they got us fixed up so we could have hot water again after 3 days. Amazingly kind and understanding through a stressful process. I couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you so much!!!
Eric came and inspected/cleaned our chimney then replaced our very old leaking chimney cap and also replaced our gas log set. He is very knowledgeable and he answered all our questions without making us feel hurried in any way. He’s honest and responsive with communication and never tried to upsell, which we appreciated. We highly recommend Chimney Care Guys. Our experience was wonderful!
Wow what an extensive project we had for these guys! They removed an old liner from our fireplace which was certainly a challenge (previous owners installed themselves) they were amazing! So patient, knowledgeable, fair pricing and on the appt and got the job done right! We LOVE our new wood burner and cannot wait to use it this year! Great customer service!
