Hired Chimney Boyz after having a chimney fire and we couldn't be happier with the service. Chris and his brother Gill were prompt, courteous and great at communicating appointment times as well updates when an emergency caused a delay in my appointment. They were thorough, pleasant and happy to share images of our chimney as well as explain minor issues they found. They cleaned up very well after they were done. 10/10 recommend.
I had a fantastic experience with the Chimney Boyz and highly recommend their services. They were able to come out the same day I called, which was a huge relief. From the start, their communication was excellent—they walked me through everything they were doing and even showed me live video footage of the inside of my chimney so I could see the issues firsthand. They worked quickly and efficiently, and I was impressed by how clean they were throughout the process. There was no mess left behind, which I really appreciated. Their pricing was very fair, and they took extra time to make sure I understood how my chimney system works and what my options were moving forward. Chimney Boyz were excellent. Chris and Gill went above and beyond expectations. They cleaned two flues and showed both before/after photos. They left both the stove and fireplace insert cleaner than when they arrived. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs chimney work. Five stars!!!!
