I try to make an appointment for over two months with this gentleman we have been in close contact over the phone several times. He then describe to me that he would be in contact with me after the Thanksgiving holiday. As he was returning my phone calls he no longer returns my phone calls after several attempts and messages left. He said he would do The work and gave me an estimate previously. He only has an old-school answering machine and he seems like a very old gentleman and nice on the phone however I put all my eggs in one basket and now the holiday season is here and there's no way to get my chimney up and running. I wouldn't trust one word I wouldn't trust one more that this guy says that this guy says
Owner seems to be an elderly gentleman who loves to talk, but is not very good at following up on his promises. Our experience was not a good one. The work he did was suspect. We are now in the process of calling someone else, since we are not sure our chimney is actually safe to use.
Personable. Thorough. Clean-up afterward is spotless. This is a VERY small organization. Just a father and son. But their work is excellent.
This is a small father and son business and they are always professional and do an excellent job. I’ve been having them clean my chimney for 15 years now and they always do a wonderful job.
