Chelsea's Chimney provided excellent services! They were easy and flexible to schedule, and had my chimneys cleaned and repaired just in time for the snow! Everyone working was very kind and respectful of our home. They did a great job cleaning up everyday when they were finished. Recommend!
Jeremy came by on short notice to give me an estimate. Then Juan did an amazing job. He kept me posted throughout the day on his progress, took pictures to show me what was going on, and left the place spotless after the job. Juan worked through lunch to get the job completed, and he was here from 8am to 5pm. Amazing dedication to doing the job and doing it right. I would absolutely use them again.

We recently had a fireplace insert installed, and the workers did a fantastic job—professional, efficient, and they made sure to clean up thoroughly both inside and outside the house. Great experience! From start to finish, communication was excellent — they kept me updated before and during the service. Lindsey let me know he was on his way 30 minutes before our scheduled appointment, showed up right on time, and did a great job cleaning both the chimney and pellet stove. He was very knowledgeable and pointed out a few potential issues and solutions without being pushy. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend!
Tech(Michael) called when en route, worked Saturday since we had waited for the part to arrive for a while and the weather was turning colder. The appointment window was 2-4 pm and he was right on time. He was polite, efficient and competent. He took the time needed to explain the system and go over the controls with me when he had finished the repair. He also advised on the need to maintain the system for maximum life and efficiency. I am definitely scheduling a service on the gas fire log fireplace annually and I hope Michael is the tech that comes to do the service.
