Great customer service. But when replacing the vents, the guy stripped the screw and put it in sideways. Took my husband 30 minutes to be able to remove it. Think this could have been avoided if there was just more care to complete the job without Incidents. Overall, they did a great job with the cleaning and sanitizing of the air ducts.

Technician arrived on time. He did a good job reigniting the pilot light of our gas fire place, after careful cleaning around the gas line. The job was done neatly and thoroughly. And he explained to us how to maintain the fireplace. Good job!
