Paul did an outstanding job and complete cleaning of our chimney and wood stove. In fact he did the most comprehensive cleaning job of any previous chimney cleaning in the 20 years we lived here. Thank you!

I asked for a chimney cleaning because I just purchased my home and I wanted to use the fireplace for the first time. I wanted to make sure it was clean so it was safe for my family. The cleaner came and put the sweep up the chimney and pulled it back down in one sweep. He then stated it was clean and they must have had it cleaned before you you bought the house. So he put the tool away and was about to leave when I said “I thought I was also getting a camera inspection” he said if you want it then yes. The lady on the phone told me it was part of the cleaning so I just expected it, I thought it was a good idea. After the camera inspection he told me it had some cracks from the mortar missing. He then quoted me $4,500 to repair. The cleaner was at my house for about 15-20 minutes and he then charged me for the “cleaning” and camera inspection $325! I would never mind paying if he actually cleaned it. When I called to complain the lady on the phone told me that it was a package deal and it didn’t matter if it was cleaned already or not they still charge the whole service. I asked her before the service why they charged $100 more for their cleaning vs the other company that quoted me $209. She told me it was for the camera inspection so I assumed that when he only did the camera inspection that I would only pay about $100 for it. NOPE I got charged for the “package” deal for them to clean a clean chimney. I’m usually not one to complain but I think that is very unfair. I will not be recommending them to anyone. I would have done that work they quoted me if they treated me fair.

Absolutely terrible. They knew we needed the an inspection report as a negotiating tool for the sale of our house. What we got was barely an estimate, weeks late, and it had the wrong address! I called Danielle, emailed Danielle, no response. They finally "fixed" the address after we had already negotiated with the buyer. It's too bad this company is so unprofessional and generally terribly run because the actual chimney sweep seemed like a nice guy who knew his stuff. I wish I could leave zero stars for how utterly aweful this place is run.

Stated they would perform camera inspection which was never done. Contacted them asking for a refund of the unperformed services. Refused to do so. Woman on the phone incredibly rotten and unprofessional. Based on other reviews left seems this is how they operate their business. Save yourself a headache and money and research a more reputable business. Stay away

The technician that was supposed to come to our home to provide an estimate for a weather cap and some basic flashing replacement ended up going to the wrong house and providing an estimate for them (Even though our contact information as well as our house number was clearly listed on the top of the estimate). My neighbors have a practically new chimney with no work required and the estimate that was left for them was almost $1700. It is also worth noting that this estimate consisted of stone work that was not requested. The concerning part of this matter is had my neighbor not told me and just put the estimate in my mailbox - we would have ended up with an over priced estimate. Earlier this week, we attempted to receive the estimate that was expected days before from the technician and never received a call or email regarding this information. Perhaps the technicians should pay more close attention to who they are giving estimates to. While I can’t speak to the quality of their work, I would urge anyone seeking work to make sure they are present for an estimate because your estimated cost and work done could be for the wrong house
