Cody and D came out to my house and did the full service quick and effectively. I really appreciate them coming out today and finding my issue with my dryer out take.
$250 dollars to put 3 fire bricks in the woodstove. A guy came out to the house and 30 seconds later, 3 new fire bricks were put into the woodstove. He then charged my aunt 250 dollars. I called to discuss the price and they told me that's what 3 bricks cost, along with installation. Inflation they said. Everything costs more now they said. So the going rate for 3 fire bricks and installation is $250.
I called to get a basic estimate and they were able to come out the very next day. The guys were professional and did a great job cleaning our vents along with the dryer vent. It's amazing the amount of crap in those vents. The difference in air quality is very noticeable already. I would highly recommend this company.
3/15/24 Destiny came to clean air/heating vents and dryer vent. I am eldery and I contracted and paid for the service. She cleaned the dryer vent but only pretended to clean the air/heating vents. I feel she took advantage of me. She came back today but my daughter didn’t trust her to let her in the house since she was dishonest before. We talked to Marshall and requested a refund but he refused. If we can’t trust someone the first time I don’t trust them a second time. I paid $475 for a job that didn’t happen. I have used the dryer 3 times since Destiny cleaned it and already have lint coming out just like it was before the so called cleaning. I paid $75 for the dryer vent. Today is 3/22/24.
