They provide impeccable customer service, top notch quality work, friendly and clear communication - overall a superb local business for the Whidbey / Island County area. I was inspired to contact them to power wash my steep metal roof after I saw the incredible work they did for a neighbor’s roof. Their service is safe, thorough, and I cannot believe how clean they got the roof - it looks like new! They went above and beyond with attention to detail - The crew was so careful and they clearly take pride in their work. They are not the cheapest option, but the amazing results mean we won't need to have the roof washed again for a while - and when we do, we will definitely go back to Captain Clean!
They recently did the gutters on my aunts double wide . This is the job they did, and then Were very difficult and rude to deal with after the fact. They finally offered her a refund instead of just comming out and doing the job right... would highly reccomend against using this company..
