From start to finish, this has been the best experience I've had working with a company to get our house up to date in the year we've owned it. Sarah in the office was helpful and communicative, Charles who came out for our quote gave us options and explained things thoroughly (and responded quickly and helpfully to my clarifying question emails), and Derrek and his team were great doing the work. We had a fireplace restored and an old chimney waterproofed brick work on both, and we are very pleased with the work. Would highly recommend Capital Chimney and will work with them in the future.
Very positive experience with Capital Chimney Corp today. Head technician Dan and his partner completed the addition of a chimney liner to my newly installed furnace of several weeks ago by another HVAC furnace company. Dan was kind, pleasant and very knowledgeable, I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.
I've worked with the Team at Capital Chimney this summer to take care of my fireplace which is 20+ years old. They worked on relining the inside of the chimney and fixed cracks and sealed the cap on the outside. The job that they did was stellar, and, they were so respectful of our home and did a wonderful job making sure that everything was clean when they were done. You'd never know that any work was done at all! Next, we had a custom set of fireplace doors ordered and installed which we wanted to be inset into the fireplace so that all of the brick work would be exposed. The doors were exactly what we wanted and the install was flawless. Also, the mortar perfectly matched the mortar that was used on the fireplace when it was originally built. These guys are the best! My wife and I are so happy with all of the work that was done. We highly recommend Capital Chimney, and they should be the first call that you make for any of your fireplace needs!

Dom and his team earned our full trust.
We moved into a home last year and had a different company scheduled for a chimney clean. They canceled the morning of the appointment and when I called Capital Chimney, they were able to fit us in. The chimney sweep who came did a great job, but informed us on multiple issues. We opted to purchase an insert through Capital Chimney and have them install it. Unfortunately there was a manufacture defect on the product, but throughout the entire process, Capital Chimney was always responsive, proactive, and kept us updated. They did whatever it took to get us a perfectly working fireplace. I recommend them to everyone I know. They have been kind, honest, and respectful since day one.
