I called on Friday, and they arrived on Tuesday. They were very professional and did a great job. They were very clean and left no trace. They cleaned my chimney, inspected the cap on the roof, and thoroughly inspected/cleaned my fireplace. I was very impressed and look forward to using them in future years.
Canterbury showed up on time in the time window they provided. They were polite and friendly. Worked quickly and without a mess. AND one of the gentlemen wore a top hat! Overall, Canterbury provided a hassle free experience at a reasonable price, and my fireplace is ready to use for winter. Highly recommend

Set an appointment and he never showed. Called him 15 mins after and he lied about what time he told me he works be here. I have text message saying the exact time.
Just wanted to say how pleased we were from the beginning of when we called to schedule an appointment to have our fireplace cleaned. First,you get to listen to the Chim, Chimney song which is a catchy tune while you wait a few seconds before they answer. Second, Wesley with his top hat (that was really cool) showed up early and did a awesome job. Definitely recommend this company.
