Zach serviced our very old gas fireplace. Zach was professional, skilled, knowledgeable and took the extra time to ensure fireplace electric wiring and all the components were working properly. Jose helped clean and assist. When finished our fireplace looked amazingly clean and the output of heat increased two fold!! Extremely satisfied enjoying our fireplace again!!!
We are glad we chose Brick to replace our old fireplace unit. They did everything promised - the staff was friendly and knowledgeable - offered a great selection of products at different price points - we’re flexible with our requests to change appointment times - arrived at appointments on time - respected our home and belongings while doing the instal. They also went above and beyond beyond by testing and verifying our old unit wasn’t repairable ( we didn’t trust our prior vendor who broke the old unit while doing a repair and would only give us credit for the cost of the repair if we bought a new unit from them at 3x the price we spent with Brick). All around great experience with Brick. And they like friendly dogs.

Eddie was my tech this morning he was right on time. After introducing himself he laid out a game plan for the service he got right to work thoroughly inspecting my fireplace explaining every step along the way. When completed he went over the findings showing me some problems he discovered. After going through options and recommendations he gave details on the next step. His main goal was customer safety I never felt pressured and would highly recommend this company!
This was my first experience with Bricks Chimney Services and I am very pleased with the service I received. My technician, Luis, was excellent. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, polite and so thorough. He answered all my questions! He was very respectful of my home and cleaned up everything thoroughly before he left. I can’t say enough good things about him!!! I would recommend Bricks Chimney to anyone and will continue to use them for annual maintenance and cleaning.
