I worked with Sam on replacing my entire roof over 2 days. He and his team are pros. Sam has several brothers who run the business their father started decades ago. For many people, a roof is the most expensive improvement you will make on your house (and you get what you spend back when you sell your house). Sam may be the best price you’ll get, but you sometimes do not know the full extent of the cost until you open up your roof, so don’t just go with the lowest number. Hire someone like Sam, who grew up in the business, knows how to price you work fairly, and has lots of crews that work hard, so he can get your work done quickly. Call him to come by for a quote, let him price it, be prepared with questions and understand the cost might go up if you have a really old house and don’t know the condition of the wood below you shingles. I had a leak coming through the ceiling and needed a fix ASAP, since rain was coming. Sam was able to come the same week (which was the day before Thanksgiving). I work in commercial real estate and spend a lot of time on roofs, so I watched his team work and can confirm they are very good. Sam was very reasonable on cost, and responsive in scheduling, which I found very hard to find. He also gave me a lot of helpful suggestions to help maintain my house for the long run. I proudly keep his sign on my lawn, and am sure the next owners of our house will be glad we had Brian’s Contractor Corp put our roof on.
Working with Sam was great. Had some leaky flashing. Got a number of quotes from different companies, Sam's team did the job right at a reasonable price.
Sam and his team did a great job redoing our gutters, repairing our slate roof, adding new flashing and copper capping, and rebuilding our chimney with a custom top that looks fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. The crew was great about cleaning up every day, and they sent me pictures of the progress, which I really appreciated since our roof is very high and dangerously pitched. They were not the cheapest of the quotes but I like the attention to detail and the time cleaning up everyday and making sure it was exactly how we wanted it.
Roof was in bad shape & needed to be fix. I contacted Brian's Contractor Roofing. Met with Aaron & got a good feeling of trust from him. We went over every detail & set the date. 2 days later I had a new roof. They were very professional & tidy. I reached out to Brian’s Contractor Corp requesting their services for cleaning and installing gutter guards. They came out the same day to give me a quote and came back to clean and install the gutter guards. While they were on the roof they found issues with missing shingles etc and FaceTimed me so I could see for myself. They were able to install new shingles etc same day! I appreciate the level of professional and communication from the company. I would highly recommend them for any repairs or installations needed! Thank you again!!!
