I recently made an appointment for a flue cleaning in Boston on a Friday morning. They said they would be here between 8-10AM and the guy would call when he was enroute. No call, no nothing. So, I called them that afternoon and said the guy never showed, but can I reschedule? The guy on the phone never apologized or offered any explanation for them no showing and screwing me over, but he was happy to reschedule for the following Friday. The day before the next appointment, I called and confirmed it with Xavier. He said they'd be here between 8-11AM and the guy would call me when he was enroute. No call, no nothing - they screwed me over twice! Don't let this guy respond with this is a fake review... Search around, they have a history of no showing customers. Just wish I knew that before wasting my time on them.
I will never have you guys service my chimney. Bad job. They destroyed 2 clay flue inside the chimney and the lead flashing destroyed.
Refuses to do work unless you buy the stove from them. Don't care if you never heard of me, that's because I dumped you after one call.
