Brandon did an exceptional job on our chimney. It needed a lot of work, and fixing from a poorly done job by another contractor. He stepped in, fixed all the problems and now it works like new! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Brandon did an amazing job! He showed up on time and even texted to let me know he was on his way. He walked me through the results of his inspection and explained what needed to be done. After sweeping the main chimney, he confirmed sweeping the second one was not nesssary, and offered to schedule some minor mortar repairs and sealing to be done in the summer. The whole process was quick, clean, and professional. I highly recommend Brandon and will definitely use his services again. Thanks, Brandon!
I had scheduled service for two chimneys, but after he cleaned and inspected one, he made recommendations (instead of cleaning and inspection) for the second - which ended up saving me $$$. I appreciate his advice and expertise. He even put on his top hat for the full Mary Poppins experience. Highly recommended!
Our fireplace wasn’t drawing well after getting a new roof with a ridge vent. After cleaning and inspection, Brandon gave us some hot tips on how to improve the draw - like a secret vent lever no one ever told us about, fixing our grate, and cracking a window a tiny bit when initially lighting the fire. Fireplace has been drawing fantastic now. Wish we had hired him years ago.
