After visiting another wood stove retailer in Harrisonburg, I chose to go with Blue Ridge Chimney. From the moment I entered the store through installation, I had a very positive experience. Office staff and owner were extremely helpful and highly communicative. Timothy and Joseph completed the install just yesterday. They arrived on time, communicated with me every step of the way. They were extremely professional, helpful and meticulous in their completion of install, including clean-up. Joseph went out of his way to pick up a blowing trash can, of which he did not have to do! And Timothy filled out insurance related checklist for me! Very trustworthy from start to finish. I highly recommend Blue Ridge Chimney!
Hey, just wanted to let you know that I really appreciated the job you did from getting me booked through doing the job to following up afterwards. Rhonda got us booked in for the job and actually got us in earlier than we had hoped due to a cancellation, which was great, and then I think we had the talk to Ashley a couple of times about potential reschedulings due to weather, etc, but everyone was great straight through. Chris, and I think it was maybe Joseph, called to let us know they were on the way and then were here when they were supposed to be and got the job done quickly and explained everything they did and what they found afterwards. Just really pleasant and respectful people to work with. There was a minor issue with cleanup, for which we really appreciated the quick and thorough response... Chris came back by that same day and we got everything squared away. Hope to see you all next year when it's time for a cleaning!
The whole experience was very good. They are a wonderful company to work with. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and helped us to understand the whole process. Rhonda was great in getting everything scheduled and keeping us up-to-date. Anderson and Timothy were very professional, hardworking, and just great guys to work with. We are very satisfied with our new fireplace and with the work done on the chimney. Although it took longer than they had anticipated to work on the chimney due to extreme heat and sudden summer storms, nevertheless they persisted till they got the job done. Highly recommended!
We had two fireplace inserts and one wood stove installed in our house in West Virginia. The installation was tough and lasted three days. The crew, Joseph, Timothy and Anderson were awesome! Very professional, smiling, and got to know each and every member of our family (dogs included) on a first name basis. The job was always kept clean tidy. They stuck to their schedule and wasn’t afraid to stay longer than normal hours to get the job done, which I admire. Their work ethic was spectacular which, as we are all aware, is very rare. We have recommended Blue Ridge Chimney to others and will continue to do so for quite a long time.
My husband and I couldn’t be more pleased with the work that Blue Ridge Chimney services did for us… It was no easy task as they removed our fireplace and chimney and replaced the entire unit. On top of that, they also removed our wood stove and redid our flu to make it perfectly safe for us. Viktor, Derik and the rest of the crew were very professional and respectful of our home and of us during the entire process. We are so thankful also to Rhonda who was gracious and helpful in every aspect! We’re so excited and looking forward to our first warm fire tonight and I will try to add photos ASAP.
