  Scheduling my chimney inspection was really simple, and I appreciated how easy it was to get an appointment. Even though they were pretty busy, they managed to fit me in after someone canceled. Collin, the technician who came to my home in Flower Mound, was friendly, fast, and very efficient. He understood that I had a tight schedule and made sure the chimney sweep was done quickly. Collin also checked the chimney for any needed repairs and explained everything clearly. He offered helpful advice about future use and suggested the right type of chimney cap for my home. The customer service from beginning to end was excellent. I'm happy with the whole experience and will definitely use this company again!

  We had a wonderful experience getting our chimney and fireplace checked out. Our old gas logs were starting to wear out and had a strange smell, so we called to have someone inspect everything. Geoffrey came by, was very professional, and took the time to answer all our questions. With a little one at home and another baby coming soon, it was really important to us that our fireplace was safe. We decided to get a new set of gas logs, and the installation was quick and done right. We’re very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable chimney sweep in Texas. It’s great knowing they have real experience and care about safety!

  After moving into my new home in Flower Mound, I discovered several issues with the chimney. It was originally wood burning but had been switched to gas, though the gas logs only worked on occasion. There was no chimney cap and the crown was damaged, so we ended up with birds, leaves, and even some curious squirrels finding their way inside. Things got worse when, during the humid season, we started noticing a strong unpleasant smell coming from the fireplace. I reached out to several chimney companies but didn’t get a response until I contacted Better Finish Chimney Service. Their team called me right away and provided a fair estimate over the phone, setting up an appointment for just a couple of weeks later. Jamie, the technician, actually arrived earlier than scheduled after checking in with me first. Jamie did a full inspection and explained everything that needed to be fixed, making sure I understood the process. The next day, Collin came out and completed all the repairs except for the new chimney cap, which needed to be specially ordered to fit. But that morning, Collin found a similar cap they already had in stock and offered it to me at a lower price. I really appreciated how they kept me informed and made sure I understood how to safely use my gas fireplace. Now my fireplace is clean and safe, with no more critters, leaves, or bad smells.   the crew, nolan, landon, and ross, did an amazing job! they showed up right on time and were very respectful while working in our home. they came ready with drop cloths to keep our floors clean during the chimney sweep. we got a complete cleaning and inspection of our chimney, and they also gave us a clear, written report explaining everything they found, which was super helpful. they really know their stuff about smoke chambers and chimney liners, and i learned a few new things from them. i definitely recommend their chimney sweep services to anyone in flower mound!

  Anthony from Better Finish Chimney Service came out on a Sunday to clean my chimney before I sold my house. He was friendly, professional, and provided excellent service at a fair price. He checked everything carefully and let me know that I didn’t actually need new stainless steel caps or an extra creosote treatment, even though another company had tried to upsell me. The chimney was spotless after the cleaning—couldn’t have asked for better work. Highly recommend!
