  I truly appreciate a trustworthy company. Best Springfield Chimney Sweeps came out to inspect and sweep my chimney, and they did an excellent job from start to finish. Since this is my first home, I didn’t know much about chimneys, but Ian took the time to check everything and let me know my flue was in great shape. They were very respectful in my home, even putting on shoe covers before coming inside and making sure to clean up all the soot and debris afterward. Ian explained each part of the chimney cleaning process and even showed me the right way to start a wood fire safely. The whole experience was informative, honest, and very professional. I’ll definitely call for chimney sweeping again.

Ian gave us an honest assessment and pointed out a few repairs that would help keep our chimney in good shape.
