The gentleman that sold me my Lopi wood burner was very patient and very knowledgeable- it took me over a year to to decide. Then they held it for 9 months with a down payment before I was home to have it installed - let me say, the installers VERY PROFESSIONAL- skillful and knowledgeable- I highly recommend
Dog accident and carpets were cleaned but stain liquified and drained or moved to another spot where she didn’t have an accident. Wade came back out and took care of the problem
Called for a cleaning Tech broke the baffles in the house chimney then wouldn't get on the roof of the cabin because it was too high. Assured us he could clean it from the bottom up which is impossible as we all know. When I called about my broken baffles I addressed the owner Charlie Robinson as brother. Mr Robinson proceeded to tell me how I wasnt his brother and would get to it in a week no regard for the 86 year old in the home that's now 46 degrees. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. On a side note the technician was a nice kid and definitely should work for a professional who will train him better.
Best Clean explained in detail what needed to be done to make my two fireplaces safe, and did so with the heart of a teacher. They were very professional and careful with making sure my home was protected as they swept the chimney and later came back to make the safety improvements. I highly recommend them!
The purchase of the product was very good. However the service getting it hooked up was terrible. They drilled a 6” or so hole in the floor to run a 1” pipe thru it. I finally had to use another company to do a hook up after they worked on it 2-4 times. Again sales was great. Service not
