  DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! An OUTSTANDING experience with Bealing Roofing (special call out to Jordan and Jeff) on a very complex job on a 150 year old home and roughly 75 year old roof. Let's begin with a home built in 1870, a metal roof that was installed by best estimate sometime in the 1950s, leaking plastic skylights from the 1970s, no gutter system, and a chimney ready to collapse. After not hearing back from other roofers (assuming they took one look and ran!), we did our research and contacted Bealing Roofing. THAT WAS THE BEST DECISION WE COULD HAVE MADE! First Jordan, and then Jeff, were fantastic. They didn't try to sugar coat the situation, nor offer to take our money and attempt to repair a roof that they knew was beyond repair. Understanding our needs, and particularly sensitive to our value of such a historical property, they provided a couple of replacement options and worked closely with us to determine the right course of action. The work commenced much earlier than estimated and the communication between the project team led by Jeff and us was outstanding and timely - including the discoveries of unvented exhaust fans, a crumbling chimney, structural deficiencies, and even a none-too-happy 5 foot black snake. Each issue was immediately relayed to me with options for solutions, risks, and estimates. Throughout the project I felt fully informed to make he best decisions for our situation. The end result was a completely new reinforced roof (w/Owings Corning Duration shingles), a removed chimney (cut down to below roof line and sealed), completed exhaust vents, a removed television antenna, restored crown moulding, and a completely new installed half-round gutter system. Start to finish was 2 1/2 days, and I have the peace of mind of knowing that our family will be safe and sound under this roof for life. THANK YOU BEALING ROOFING & EXTERIORS!   I can see why Bealing is rated so highly. In a quick search for attic insulation, I found Bealing and filled out a form. Within roughly 30 minutes AND on a weekend, I got an email back to schedule a consultation. I've had nothing but great communication from everyone who I've been on contact with during my whole process. Special thanks to Bobby, Angie, and Jeff. My only complaint is that I wish the installation team didn't leave in such a rush and would've more thoroughly walk me through what they did and how they did it. I was also ready to give them my final payment, but I looked out my door and they were gone. Even though I hope to not need these services in awhile, I would highly recommend Bealing to anyone looking for insulation or roofing.

  We had a great experience with Bealing Roofing. Our house is 25 years old, so it was time for a new roof. Zurich our salesperson fully explained the entire process and the different materials. He even helped select the color and showed us a picture of what the finished roof would look like on our house. We were originally scheduled for install on August 8th. But, they were able to move us up to July 15th. The crew arrived and cleared grills and other objects near the house and laid tarps down to catch the debris. they set a trailer in the driveway and created a chute over the gutter so as they removed the existing roof the shingles sliding down and into the trailer would not damage the gutter. I was very impressed when they finished the main roof on day 1, they cleaned up the tarps and swept the area with magnets to insure no nails were left. Day 2 they replaced all the tarps, removed and replaced both the garage and the shed roofs. (homeowners association requires shed to match the house). They then cleaned up the area and swept for nails. After the crew left the next day the foreman came to remove the debris trailer and he went around with the magnetic rake to sweep for nails again. We were extremely impressed with both the roof and the cleanup after the job. For me the added bonus was we have a 2 foot bump out of the kitchen. When the house was built this never had a gutter. When I let the dog out either melting snow or dripping rain would run down my neck. Bealing was able to install a gutter on this small roof section. The gutter fully matched our existing gutter and the crew that came to install it had the job done in less than an hour. You would never know someone had been working in the yard. The roof looks fantastic I no longer have drips down my neck. With the warranty we should never need another roof in our lifetime.
