I was skeptical since we always had daily wood burnings at my former home. But I am loving my new electric fireplace in my condo! So happy to get to enjoy it this winter season. No more lugging wood, messy clean-outs, and worries about its being completely out when finished. After the recent purchase and installation of our new Mendota "high quality" gas insert for our fireplace, we can't imagine why anyone would buy from any other dealer. The Bay Stoves crew was on time, precise, and professional. The log set looks absolutely real and the "inside-installed" unit performs perfectly, just in time for Thanksgiving and the upcoming holidays.
