Called and made appointment for a month out. Day of the 11am appointment it was 1115 before I received a text message tech was running late. 15 minutes later I was told it was going to be 230pm before tech would arrive. They dont respect your time so will not be giving my business to someone with poor time management and poor customer service. Update!!! I wrote the review at 1155am, prior to your offer of a next day appointment that was offered 1 hour after I stated for you to cancel the appointment. So do not come for me in your reply as I have receipts and will gladly use them. Additionally after I cancelled the appointment they still showed up wasting their time!
