  Darrell and Joseph did an excellent job sweeping and maintaining my chimneys. They were friendly, respectful, and really knew what they were doing. I could tell they genuinely cared about my home and took the time to explain everything, making sure I got the best price for the service. They cleaned both of my chimneys, and upgraded one with a stainless steel liner, an easy-to-use flue, and a new damper. I appreciated how careful they were to keep everything clean and protect my home from any mess during the job. They made sure everything was done right the first time and worked hard the entire visit. I'm really happy with the service from Baldwin Family Chimney Cleaning and will definitely call again to have my other chimney updated.   I have seven chimneys with wood-burning fireplaces and have tried a few different chimney sweep services in Ringwood for inspections and cleaning. This company is by far the most professional I’ve worked with. Darrell and Joseph showed up right on time, did a thorough job cleaning my chimneys, and made sure everything was in great shape before they left. They really stand by their work and make the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s hard to find chimney sweeps who are this reliable, experienced, and reasonably priced. From my very first call, Joseph was a pleasure to work with—he answered right away and set up a chimney cleaning appointment for about a month out, which seemed reasonable with the busy fall season. When an earlier job delayed him the week of my appointment, Joseph quickly called to reschedule for the next day and was very courteous and professional about it.
