  I cannot speak highly enough about this company. They were recommended by a friend of a friend. They responded right away after I called them and set up an appointment within a week. Their crew were professional, polite, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to ensure everything was left the way they found it. They took the time to explain things to me. I’d give them more stars if I could. I highly recommend them.

  We had a wood burning insert installed in our fireplace at the beginning of this year by Atlantic Chimney. (And two flue liners.) We loved working with them. We love our Regency insert. Just had them here last week cleaning the chimney and insert. Great guys. Erika is great to schedule with and answers all our questions. (We had so many in the beginning!) Another thing I’ll say is it’s so efficient. Almost too hot. Heats a large area. It has a blower. We even had to crack a window sometimes and let some freezing air in. We’ll learn as we go in regards to how much wood to add. ~Cindy & Ed Kelley

  I can remember the last time I needed to hound a company in order to give them business. I reached out to Atlantic Chimney to get an estimate on a chimney cap for our new home. Almost three weeks ago, I put in the request and received an instant reply back that someone will be out in a few days. To my delight, someone came that next day and completed the review and told me I would have the estimate in a couple of days. I waited a few days until that Friday where I emailed Erika and she let me know she would forward my email to the person that came to my house. A week after I was told that, I received nothing, so I emailed Erika again, and she again said she would forward my email. Fast forward the following week, I decided to call and spoke to someone different and she looked up my file and was "shocked" I didn't get it from the guy yet. All she said she could do was send him a note and hopefully he would get it to me over the weekend. Almost three weeks since this started and still nothing. I hate leaving negative reviews especially to small businesses in Wareham but I feel I gave them more then enough time to get me a simple estimate. What is even crazier is I reached out to another chimney company and not only did I get a quick response, I received an estimate the same day! I'm not sure if this is a one off with Atlantic but to me, they don't care about earning the business of new clients and take what they want for jobs.

  Bill, Robert, Erika, Tabitha....Professional and friendly customer service, excellent work with repairs and installation. All the work was done in a timely fashion. I enjoyed working with them.
