5/5 – Highly Recommend! I had the pleasure of having Izzy come over on Christmas Eve to fix our fireplace, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional, making sure everything was in perfect working order. It was such a relief to have the fireplace up and running just in time for the holiday. Ron with AR Chimney Pros helped me install my fireplace in emergency circumstances in a hurry. I was without heat in -20 degree weather, and he accommodated my situation to help me get heat in my home ASAP. I was overall pleased with the price, and was grateful they were able to offer me financing in this situation. The installation went smoothly and was done quickly. I was very pleased with the technicians who facilitated the install. They were clean, curious of my home, professional, kind and helped get a fireplace installed for me that heats my home perfectly. We reached out to this company a little over a year ago for an inspection on a home we were purchasing. They accommodated the short time frame we had and Ben was very informative and helpful for the entire process! A little over a year later we knew we knew we were going to need the chimneys it re-inspected and cleaned after maintenance that we had done. This time Sean came to do the inspection and cleaning. Sean was informative, efficient, very respectful and very kind.
